1.First,Remodeling of the temperature controller. Smokers are required to about 400 . |
2.Cutting the stopper of dial temperature controller. |

3.Cut off the handle attached to both the sides of the hot plate. A panel is attached to the temperature controller side by structure plywood of 9-mm thickness. |

9.Paste the gap tape of hard type on the inside of the door. Material is EPDM. @I think it's all right until about 100 degrees. |
