Wall clock-1

Jul. 6/2013
I made a wall clock in ipe.
1.First, Dig the hole to put the movement. Make a template of 60mm angle for and clamp the material.
2.Dig a hole of 26mm depth using the trimmer.
3.And, Dig a spot facing 1mm in depth.
4.Next, making the index. Hole diameter is 15mm of 15-minute increments. 5 minute increments is 10mm.
5.Making the disk of 15mm in ebony. Disk of 10mm is cherry wood. Dust collection port is important in this work.
6.Glueing together the disk and plate.
7.Grinding the index with drum sander.
8.Finish in Beads wax. I think a little more bright material is good.
