1.Blank gouge use the HSS 1/2 "which I made in 2012. Gouge blanks |
2.First, Making a polishing jig. Material is cypress 14mm thick. |

3.Using the M6 insert nut. Pilot hole is 9mm. |
4.Handle of the gouge was interfering with the tool rest of the grinder. |

5.Polishing shaped same as a commercial product. |
6.Feeling good. I think it's the tool that is suitable for finishing of the box. |
