I made Baby-chair when useing the spot facing Jig.Drawing
1.Material is a Cherry tree.
2.Cutting the work with the table saw.
3.Making a paper pattern.Template-1,Template-2
4.Writing the drawing on the cherry tree plate using a paper pattern.
5.The degree of angle of inclination of a jig is 5 degrees.
6.Centering of jig.
7.Positioning of drill.
8.Spot facing of diameter 30mm.
9.Penetration hole of 22mm.
10.Exchange the work stopper of a jig, from the right-angle plate to parallel plate.
11.5 degrees.
12.Using an L type stopper.
13.This is a model gauge for tenon.
14.Cutting.
15.Sanding.
16.Making the diameter 20mm of inlay.Material is a tree of a red sandalwood and a chestnut.

18.The first two inlays are only control by hand, without pasting up. Two inlays have a notch.
19.Pasting up inlays and drilling. The last two sheets should use inlay made first.
20.Drying.
21.Sanding.

24.Marking og heart shapes.
25.Hollowing a heart mark.
26.Cutting the outside of backrest with the band saw.
27.Sanding by a spindle sander.
28.Sanding by a disc sander.
29.Cutting square lumber into an octagon with the band saw.
30.Turning the support-stick for backrests.
31.Make tenon using a model gauge.
32.Wire burning.
33.Making a four legs.
34.Cut the slot on the wedge using a jig.This is jig with which a wedge slot is cut to round tenon of a leg.
35.Next, turn over and cut a leg deeply.It becomes 6 mm width.
36.Move a fence and carry out the 2nd cut.
37.Delete the portion which remained in the center of a slot by the band saw.
38.Cut off the tip of a leg at an angle of 5 degrees.
39.Sanding.
40.Hammering the wedge of a red sandalwood.
41.Delete the portion which jumped out using a dish bit.
42.Sanding.#400.
43.Fine tuning of height.
44.Preparation of a brand.
Finish by WATOCO oil.
