1.Used parts are the linear bearing, the shaft and the slit type set collar all of OZAK co.ltd, which I got from a dissolution seller 8 years ago.

2.Making shaft support. The material is glued laminated timber of a gum tree.

3.Drilling 20mm.

4.A base plate and a ring plate are connected with a thread.

5.Making a part of carrier-guide. Drilling 7.5mm.

6.Sanding a edge of plate.

7.Make a carrier plate. A router is put here. Cut the hole in 8mm of plywood where a router enters.

8.Temporary set. And adjust it.

9.Assemble a carrier orbit of a router.

10.The career plate made with plywood. Glue a board of 5m/m and 8m/m together.

11.It's fixed on a Workbench by F type clamp. I adjust the height with the spacer.

12.Mount a router on a carrier plate.

13.Router flange is into the notch groove of the plate.
