Miter Sled Jig-1 for Table Saw BT3100

I made Miter Sled jig-1 for Table Saw BT3100.Drawing
1.The material is baseplate used MDF and guide is Japanee Ash.
2.Drilling for attaching UHMW rail to MDF board. 3.8 mm.
3.Put the UHMW rail into the slot rail. Next, Carry the MDF board on the table. Then, Marking the screw position with a drill.
4.Drill 3 mm at the marked position.
5.Tighten the rail to the MDF board with the screws.
6.Install the opposite rail in the same way.
7.Drill holes to attach the 28 mm thick fence on the back side of baseplate. Then Make a back faceing hole.
8.Place the jig on the table saw, and Making notch to the baseplate.
9.Cut the end of the guide plate to 45 degrees. This material is Japanese Ash.
10.First, Making a straight groove by the 1/4" bit.
11.Next, Making a key groove by 1/2"*1/4" bit.
12.Drilling to hold the guide to the MDF board. Farst, Making a back faceing hole 10 mm * 7 mm.
13.Drilling 4mm.
14.Attach a guide to the base plate with a 45 degree gauge.
15.Cut the end of the right side guide plate together the unnecessary parts of left side guide to 45 degrees.
16.Guide installation on the right side. Fix the right side guide with screws so that the guides are at right angles.
17.This is stopper to position the workpiece.
18.The back side of the stopper.
It is completion.
I think that this jig a very easy to use.
