Aug. 27/2017 I made Miter Sled jig-2 for Table Saw BT3100. By using this tool, it is possible to cut a work of 200 mm in length to 45 degrees.Drawing |

1.The material is MDF 12mm thickness. |
2.Mark the drilling posishon to the side plate. |

3.Drilling 3.8mm. |
4.Sanding the corner of side plate. |
|
 |
 |
|
5.Assemble it. |
6.Fix the side plate and the inclined plate with screws. You'd better use slender screws. |
|

 |
|
7.Put the Jig on a crosscut sled. Then align the center of the fixture with the center of the blade. |
8.Cutting. |

Tried out. Fix the works with F type clamp. |

After cutting. When the end face is cut, the total length of the work is shortened by 1 mm. |
