Cutting Jig for segmental bowl

I made Cutting Jig for segmental bowl. This Jig is used to cut the end of the work piece to 15 degrees or 30 degrees.Drawing-1,Drawing-2
1.The material is Laminated rubber wood 20mm thin.
2.Guide plate of work piece. Cut to 15 degrees with slide saw.
3.The part where the cap screw of the swing arm enters. Drilling with a depth of 9 mm with a 12 mm fastener bit.
4.Drilling 10mm.
5.This is the main body to attach the swing arm. Drilling with a depth of 7 mm with a 1/2 inch fastener bit.
6.Drilling 10mm to depth 16mm.
7.Embed M8U nut with epoxy adhesive.
8.This is SUS pipe with inner diameter of 8 mm and outer diameter of 10 mm used for collar.
9.Sanding round with a disc sander so that the swing arm rotates.
10.The collar is fixed with epoxy adhesive.
11.Making the width 6 mm long hole with fret-saw.
12.Let's do a quickie cut.
13.This is the guide plate of the workpiece. Paste drawing-2 with spray glue.
14.Let's do a quickie cut.
15.Positioning to embed nail-nut in cross-cut sled. Drilling 6 mm.
16.Drilling a dia 20mm 2 mm deep with forstner bit. Then insert a 6 mm nail nut.
17.Make a groove on tip of the swing arm by the round bit of R5.
18.Jointing the swing arm and the body with the M8 cap screw.
Attach the jig to the crosscut sled.
Cutting angle is set to 30 degree.
