I made Push Block with Adjustable Heel for table saw.Drawing
1.The material is plywood of 25 mm thickness.
2.Paste the printedout pattern onto the workpiece with a spray glue. Drawing
3.Cut out with a band saw. The blade is 3 mm wide.
4.Groove processing to insert the heel part.
5.This is a heel's pushing plate. Cut the FB 24 ~ 4.5t to a width of 15 mm.
6.Make a groove hold the pushing plate. 15 width ~ 5 height depth 12 mm.
7.Temporarily press two pieces of the body with clamps. And Drilling 8mm for the insert Nut.
8.Position when presser board enters.
9.Glueing the two pieces.
10.Grind straight part with disc sander.
11.Grind curved part with spindle thunder.
12.The part to be a grip is polished with a disc sander attached to a wooden lathe.
13.Make heel by cherry wood.
14.Screw the insert nut of the M6.
Tighten the heel with this knob.
