| 3.Cut out with a band saw. The blade is 3 mm wide. | 4.Groove processing to insert the heel part. | |

| 5.This is a heel's pushing plate. Cut the FB 24 ~ 4.5t to a width of 15 mm. | 6.Make a groove hold the pushing plate. 15 width ~ 5 height depth 12 mm. | |

| 7.Temporarily press two pieces of the body with clamps. And  Drilling 8mm for the insert Nut. | 8.Position when presser board enters. | |

| 9.Glueing the two pieces. | 10.Grind straight part with disc sander. | |
|  |  | |
| 11.Grind curved part with spindle thunder. | 12.The part to be a grip is polished with a disc sander attached to a wooden lathe. | |

| 13.Make heel by cherry wood. | 14.Screw the insert nut of the M6. | |

| Tighten the heel with this knob. | ||
