Wooden badge

Sep. 9/2018
I made a wooden badge engraved with a caricature on a laser machine.
1.The material is MDF on 2.5mm thin. Illustrated the photo with Paint shop and converted it to SVG file with Inkscape
2.Cut speed 400 mm/min, 2 times.
3.Make parts to attach the safety pin. The material is MDF 2.5 mm. Using a mini router, dig a groove of 1 mm in depth and R1 mm.
4.Detail of groove.
5.Cut by the table saw in the longitudinal direction along the groove.
6.Cut the slitted material to 20 mm in length. By using cross cut thread and adjustable stop back, small parts can be cut out safely.
7.Bonding the safety pin parts with white gule.
8.I attached a badge to my grandson 's backpack.
I am on the way to preparing for my family.
The Ultra-man series is popular among children.
