Plastic bottle cutter

I made Plastic bottle cutter.This is based on photos found on the Internet.Drawing
1.The material of the handle is "Japanese ash". Make right angle it with the planer.
2.Cut to 26mm square with a table saw.
3.Attach a 1.1mm thick tip saw to a handmade small table saw. Then cut the slit for insert the plastic bottle.
4.Finish the bottom of the slit at a right angle with a hand saw.
5.Make a slit into the cutter blade with a 0.5 mm thick saw blade.
6.The pilot hole for M5 insert nut is 7.5mm.
7.Performing chamfering of the handle with roundover bit.
8.Chamfered the central slit with a 60-degree bit to make it easier for the bottle to rotate.
9.Drive in the M5 insert nut.
10.Aluminum square pipe. 30mm x 30mm x 2t.
11.Cut to 50mm length.
12.It can be cut at right angles by grip it with a vice.
13.For the part to be cut diagonally, first cut the horizontal part.
14.Next, it is grasped with a vise along an oblique line and cut.
15.Cut the slit part of the bottle with a hacksaw and finish it with a file.
16.The window hole for the confirm the cutting width is 3mm in diameter at 3 places.
17.Long hole for cutting width adjustment. Drilling three 5mm and then finished with a file.
18.Spot facing to 3mm window hole.
19.Completion of aluminum parts.
20.The knob for fixing the aluminum parts.
21.Mark the cutting width position with a laser machine. Match the black circles visible from the three holes in the aluminum part. It can select 3 kinds of cutting widths of 3,6,9mm.
22.Insert the blade of the utiliy knife into the slit with the blade edge inside.
23.The cutter blade is set.
24.It is completed by inserting aluminum parts.
The cutting width is adjusted to 3mm.
Mark my name on the knob with a laser machine.


27.Trial run. Cap a 1 liter plastic bottle. Then, the bottle swells when warm with a burner.
28.A bottle that swells and has no patterns or steps.
29.Cut the bottom of the bottle with a utility knife.
30.Pull the string while pressing the bottle head. Then the bottle rotates and the string extends.
I tried many things. A thick bottle seems to require the power to pull the string.
Let's use this string in the kitchen garden.
