Folder of coffee filter |
Apr. 18/2021 I made a coffee filter holder that my wife asked me.Drawing |
1.Cut a 12 mm thick japanese-ash with a width of 56 mm and a length of 102mm by a miter sled jig at both ends at 45 degrees. |
2.When this miter sle djig is used, the length is shortened by 1 mm, so the member is 2 mm longer than the drawing dimensions. |
|
3.Cut out the part where the filter will enter with a scroll saw. |
4.Make a groove with a depth of 10 mm using a spline slot cutting jig. |
|
5.Cut the 45 degree after bonding it with a woodwork bond. |
6.Use rosewood for spline bar. |
|
Put at about 30 filters. It will contain 50 sheets. |

Engraved the coffee cup illustrations and letters with laser. |
