Work bench

June 11/2000
I didn't have a Workbench.
It was using the gas cooking table which was picked up instead of it.
It was not to be just as it is, and it put a 2*4board and it was using it.
I remade the table.

I board 12 mm plywood first and attempted to enclose the around in 1*4.

Next, it is the making of a vice.
The screw used the length screw of M12 and used the aluminum pipe of 12 mm for the guide in both sides.
It thinks that the bigger pipe is good about the truth.
However, it is not in the way because it wanted to make with the material of the availability.
A nut on the side of the fixation is embedded in the board by it and it fixes it fast.
Then, the side of the movement drives the pin of 3 mm SUS304 into the nut in the condition which put in a board.
The nut is race.
Let's introduce my idea.
When installing an attachment in the surface of the vice and the table and fixing a work, the board has bent.
Therefore, I installed the 3rd guide.

The guide does the help that the board of the vice doesn't bend.
It thought that I would make the guide.
However, it was selling the one which resembled well at the workshop.
It is the telescope stick to use in the closet.
It puts this to the underside of the screw.
It fixes a stick in the condition which put in a work.
Then, when tightening a screw, the board can fix a work tightly without bending.
Is it selling your country, too, the stick?
It thinks that I want to put one vice more but it is with next time.
