I decided to make ice pail.It has a different form.
I try for the 8 corner form type.The material is a cryptomeria and ebony.

I don't have table-saw and band-saw.
I used slide-saw and a trimmer.
First, I makes a jig to shave a board at the 22.5 angle.
I makes six triangles by the slide-saw.
I sets it in the trimmer table.
Then, I shears both sides of the cryptomeria board with 900 mm length by the trimmer.
I cuts it to the 140 mm length.
It shaves the ditch which puts a bottom board by the trimmer.
I bonds the trapezoid board which was made before.
The glue uses waterproof-ness.
Next, it glues together with two sets of staves and the bottom board.
The work today is ending. Because, the manufacturing of the jig took time.

Today, I made a lid and a knobs.
It makes a lid with the way which is the same as the bottom board.
I was cutting the around of the lid by the trimmer.
The material of the knob is ebony.
It made by the homemade lathe.
The knob sets in the lathe after it puts the pin of ƒ³6 in the center.
Also, it made a screws for the handle, too, by the lathe.
The knob of the lid and two sets of parts for the handle were complete.
Way, it made a internal thread with the 6 corner joint which is made from the brass of the marketing.

It is the manufacturing of the handle.
I can't decide but made with cryptomeria material.
I cuts a cryptomeria board from 20 mm thickness to the 1.5 mm width by the circular saw.
It soaks it in water.
Next, I uses the jig to have the semicircle with 70 mm radius and it bends it.
I bent it when blew steam using the steamy cleaner for the home.
In the last, I made the gridiron and the tongs to put inside.
The material still used a cryptomeria.
I made a gridiron that 1 mm is smaller than the body size.

The material of the tongs is a cryptomeria and ebony.
The inside coat is painted with urethane clearance three times.
The outside is finished with watco clear.
After that, I made a hors d'oeuvre plate with 45 mm height.
I'm making a coaster,now.
I will introduce it next.
I will drink a bourbon in this.
