July 30/2005 The nameplate of my house is 12 years passed after making. I remade the name plate with aluminum. |

1.The material of this name plate is Zelkova tree, I made it 12 years ago. |
2.Triming the rectangle plate from a 4 mm thick aluminum plate. |

3.Paste the printed out drawing with a spray glue. and, Drill a 1.5 mm hole to the plate. The hole for through the saw blade. |
4.Saw blade is 1.2 mm wide, 0.4 mm thick.I could not cut it quickly. It will take more than an hour to cut one character. |

5.The clipping was completed in 5 hours. |
6.Drilling 2.5mm for M3 tap. |

Dec. 10/2005 My house is 8 this year after building. The name of the nameplate of the gate disappeared. This nameplate was setting up the tape of the alphabet. I decided to make the letter of the nameplate with zelkova tree. |

1.When I rubbed the surface of the tape with the finger, the tape had peeled off. |

3.I picture a name with the personal computer and I set it to the zelkova tree board with the sprayer paste. |
4.I cut out a template black part with the jigsaw board.Because the character was small, any time made me damage a blade.I used the blade of 0.8m/m. |

5.I exchanged a blade frequently and it was complete.I want a jigsaw board with the good type that the upper part arm bends. |
6.I used IN-Wood for the paint.The paint weathers the storm. |
