Sharpening Jig for gouge

This is jig that grinds bowl gouge and spindle gouge to the shape of the fingernail.Drawing
1.I am making the part to support gouge. The Two-Jaw chuck attachment is useful.
2.M8 tapping. The material is cherry.
3.I use the diamond tool to process the board spring.
4.I cut a length hole of the side plate by fret saw.
5.This is the rod of jig.
6.Each part were completed.
7.Assembly.
8.It attach a 13 mm bowl gouge.
9.It attach a 10 mm bowl gouge. Using attachment.
10.It attach a 6 mm bowl gouge. Using attachment.
11.Next, I make jig for the grinder.These are the parts.
12.I set jig in the grinder.
13.I match the angle, roll jig right and left, and grind.
14.It is convenient to mark the grinding position to the aluminum pipe.
15.The jig and the attachment can be stored behind the grinder.
16.If the aluminum pipe is extended, small gouge can be sharpening.
