Segmented Ring Press

I made a ring-press for segmental bowl.Drawing
1.The central screw used a pantograph jack for the car. and the pad of the screw top used M16 adjuster bolt.
2.I am modifying the boss of the central screw with the lathe.
3.This is attachment which connects the pad of the central screw and the top.
4.This is the part female screw part to have removed from the pantograph jack.
5.After protesting against the boss, the handle and the boss fix with the spring roll pin of 4 mm.
6.The end of the handle inserts and fixes M10 nut with the spring roll pin of 2 mm. After that, I make a nut circular in beltsander.
7.I solder the pad to have removed from the adjuster bolt and the thrust bearing box to have removed from the pantograph jack. The upper side is a thrust bearing part.
8.This is the completion of the pad part.
9.The paint. I am using a black lacquer sprayer.
10.I make post to support a beam by 20 mm thickness rubber wood.
11.I fix a pedestal and a post.
12.It is possible to put in 218 - 368 mm when inserting a beam in the ditch in the post upper section. The low section is to 218 mm. Please put a mouse on the photograph.
13.The screw part of the beam.
14.Test run. It is good!!
