Ring & Hook Tool |
Feb. 13/2011 I made the ring tool and the hook tool. The material is a concrete-nail. Diameter 3.8m/m and length 75 mm. |

1.Baking with the gas torch. I think that concrete-nail material is S45C. |
2.The temperature is about 800deg. |

3.Flatting with the hammer. The surface is made flat with the belt sander, before it bends. |
4.Heating it, and then press to the circle stick, and bending it. After, hardens it by water. |

5.Next, Making the shank. Cut off the head of the plating bolt of M12*150L. |
6.Punch by the center drill before drilling. |

7.Drilling the 3.8mm. |

11.The bracelet of aluminum was bonded. A black ring line made with the wire burner. |
12.Sharpens it with the grinder, and buffing. It is possible to change it for various tools. |
