Two-Jaw Chuck Attachment

Sep. 02/2006
I made chuck attachment that was able to grip a rectangular material. and,I think that it is possible to use instead of Escoulen-chuck. Drawing.
.The material is the square lumber of the chestnut.
.I cut it to the L type using the trimmer.
.I ditched to the reverse of jaw.The purpose is to prevent Jaw of Akisminstar from interfering.
.I'm turning the outsides of Jaw.
.Finish!!
.I begin a test run.I use the dummy board which was used at No4.I grasp once more because the tip doesn't come out in front of chuck.
.I grasp in the 3 mm difference in rank part of the chuck tip.I adjust the center of the center mark and the work of chuck. The mark in both sides is the position to next.
.I end central turn.Next, I turn a eccentric part.
.I turned the opposite side, too.
.I turn diagonally gripping the rectangular lumber. Then, it becomes instead of Escornchacc.
.It swings and it turns. It is scary.
.The works became shape that was able to be twisted. I think that it seems to be able to do a more interesting thing by combining with an eccentric chuck that introduced times ahead.
