| 1.The material is Camphor and Bubinga. | 2.Grinding by the drum sander. | |

| 3.Decide the placement with the direction of the grain. | 4.Cut the workpiece to 45 degrees using miter sled jjg. Miter sled jig | |

| 5.Cut the ornament groove on the front side with laminate bit. | 6.Cut the groove on the back side with straight bit. | |

| 7.Glueing. Use a free corner clamp that tightens with a steel belt that does not stretch. | 8.Making spline. The thickness is 2.4 mm. | |

| 9.Cut two slots in each corner use spline slot cutting jig. Spline slot cutting jig | 10.It's two slots. | |

| 11.Glue the spline in slot with a white glue. | 12.Cut the extra spline part and finish it with sand-paper. | |

| The backboard is 3 mm thick plywood. | ||
