Sep. 24/2006 Inlaid bowl I was interested in inlaying and challenged it. |
1.The material is beechen. Even here is easy.The process to here is easy. |
2.The trimmer (Hitachi M6) is set in the self-made table. |

3.The other side was fixed on the movement boss who removed tool rest.T bolt buries it under spacer.It is possible to move in the direction of Y freely. |
4.The table can be fixed at an arbitrary angle by tightening the nut of T bolt. |

5.The ditch of T bolt is seen from the side of spacer. |
6.The trimmer is done back and forth and the amount of the incision is adjusted. The bit is 90 degrees. |

7.This is an index board.I drilling 24 holes around the attachment face plate.It fix with the set bolt. |
8.I shaved the six ones with the shallower angle first.Next, I change a table angle and I cut a ditch in the middle.I cut 12 ditches in amount. |

9.The inlay is an isosceles triangle. The material is a red oak, Cri, a Japanesecypress, and ebony, etc. |
10.I bond the inlay with the wood bond. |

11.The pattern comes up when cutting down with gouge. I was affected when the pattern appeared. |
12.It is finish. |

I use Korean Perilla to finish.110mm Dia * 55mm Tall. |
