Apr. 29/2007 Potpourri case I turned a potpourri case. This is make up using cherry tree and rosewood, But also I have used many different wood to make them. |

1.First, I make a body with cherry tree. |
2.The process to make lid with rosewood. I marked a drill position using the index of wood lathe. |

3.I drill a eight. |
4.I turn the inside of lid to the curved surface. |

 |
|
5.I turn the body and lid together. |
6.I grasp lid once more and I shave the tip. |
|
 |
 |
|
7.It's the oil finish. Korean Perilla. |
8.The body is the other material. It's a hard wood. |

I think that the hole of lid should be large a little more. |
