| | | |
| 1.The material is beech. make the cylinder that makes the hole of 40mm for 60mm~60mmL from the lathe.Next, I'm drilling the hole in the under with fosner bit attached to the threading set. | 2.Tapping.W3/4*16dpi. | |
| | | |
| 3.It cuts beautifully. | 4.I exchanged the collet of the trimmer in ø6.35mm. | |
| | | |
| 5.Special bit. | 6.I use insertion for the centering and I set a trimmer at the center of jig. | |
| | | |
| 7.Jig is placed between the stock vice of the workbench. | 8.The point of the bit is put out about 0.8mm more deeply than the valley of the screw. | |
| | | |
| 9.I insert a 19 mm stick. It become a screw when turning while pushing lightly. | 10.The screw is beautiful. I think it is better than the die. | |
| | | |
| 11.Because I had wanted to cut the screw in the root of the knob, the thread part and the knob were divided. | 12.The right of the photograph is the knob which glued together a screw part in the insertion.I painted sesame oil. | |
