1.The material is beech, a rosewood, a hard wood.I glue this together.

2.I reduce difference in rank with the plane.

3.I roughly cut it by band-saw.

4.I hold it by vacuum chuck.and, I made a boss inside while pushing a center.

5.I separate a tail stock center and I reduce the center roundly.

6.I cut a periphery with the fret saw.

7.I arrange a form by disk sander.

8.The bill uses ebony.I shave glued material.

9.I put a hollow to the position of the eyes with the micro router.

10.I used black beading for the eyes. and,I glued together a toothpick in the insertion in the hole.

11.I think that the head was small a little. However, it seems to be duck.

12.The body is a cherry tree. 105mm Dia * 45mm Tall.
