1.I cut the board of the zelkova tree with band-saw.It is heavy and the table seems to warp.

2.I installed a power grip jaw in chuck of the Axminster.

3.The zelkova tree became a cylinder.

4.I cut the cylinder with parting tool of 1.5 mm.

5.The underside of the box.

6.The upper side of the box.

7.It join the upper and lower box.I push with the tail stock and I turn the outside.

8.I polish after fixing with the tape.

9.I turn the underside with the button jaw.

10.I used vacuum chuck and I shaved a lid thin.Because,The lid was heavier than to have thought.

11.I polish them using 3-mandrel buff.

12.This is not an apple and seems to be a pear.Because It's the true sphere.

The inside of box becomes globular,too.I made two kinds 90mm Dia and 130mm Dia. Korean Perilla oil finish.
