1.Cutting a rosewood in the 6.2 mm cubic on band saw. |
2.Sanding by self-made 300mm disk Sander. |

3.Cutting a chestnut of 6 mm thickness to 12 mm width by band saw. |
4.Gluing a rosewood and chestnut. |

5.Sanding a gluing surface if dry.Gluing the next chestnut board. |
6.Gluing four pieces.Holding it to clamp have not to be cracking. |

7.Make square with the plane. |
8.Completion of inlay part. |

9.The outside is a chestnut , inside is ebony. |
10.Using a drive center and a turn center. Turning the side of the tail stock. |

Urethane finish.165mm diameter 52mm height. Next time, I will beware when turning. |
