1.The material is a rosewood and a cherry tree. It is a 20 mm and 13mm square. |
2.Making a nesting pipe. Drilling a 7m/m to the cherry tree in the 13mm square. |

3.Insert the aluminum pipe of 7m/m in the work piece.Turning after pushing a center. |
4.Turning to outside diameter 10m/m. |

5.The lower-part of BOX. Miter fence to 45 degrees, put in a back-up board and cutting it together. |
6.Gluing a 2 mm thickness cherry tree to the lower-part. |

7.Gluing a waste piece to lid and lower-part. |
8.Drilling a 10m/m to lid-part. |
|

 |

9.Drilling a 10m/m to lower-part. |
10.Remove waste piece. Polish a diagonal surface on the glass board. |

11.Glue together nesting pipe at the lower-part. Pushing a pipe center by the tail stock. |
12.Glue together a lid-part, before of the turning. Put only a few Bond glues. |

13.Insert a lid-part to nesting pipe, and pushing a center of lid-part.Then wait for about 30 minutes. |
14.Turning. Last polishing it by steel wool of #0000. |

15.Polishing a side face. |
16.Bees wax finish. It is beautiful. |

82mm height, 14mm diameter. It can store five toothpicks. |
