Jan. 24/2016 Plate"ANPANMAN". I made a plate for the grandchild. It is imitating the hero of the famous animation in Japan. |

1.The material is a 20 mm thickness cherry tree. |
2.Make a jig for the hole hollowing. |
|

3.After beginning with the jigsaw board, polishing with the spindle-sander. |
4.Setting the jig for the circle hole in the work. |
|

5.Dig a hole with the router.The bit is a 19mm dish bit with the bearing. |
6.Next, it is a part of the mouth. |

7.Cutting the periphery of the work circular by band saw. |
8.Turning.Use a vacuum chuck.Then, push the wick of the work in the soft turn center. |

9.I noticed that this plate is difficult to hold. So, we put a step on both sides. |
