Timber offcuts Bowl

Over 10 years ago, I used to make a bowl with glued timber offcuts. Since the timber offcuts has accumulated, I turning a bowl of timber offcuts, after a long time.
1.The materials are ebony, rosewood, cherry blossom, chestnut and beech. After repeating the bonding and cutting, we finally got the size to get a 300mm disk. When gluing, It tieup a work pices with urethane-tepe without gaps.
2.Bonding complete. Because it uses yellow glue, it will be able to withstand a little water washing.
3.Cut to about 305mm in diameter with a band saw.
4.Cut off carefully because the thickness of the scraps varies.
5.Fix the face plate to the workpiece with 4 screws.
6.The bolt in the center of the face plate is for positioning the center.Align the center pin at the tip with the center of the workpiece before screwing. Then, the plate is fixed at the center of the workpiece.
7.Fixed the face plate to the spindle of lathe.
8.First, turning the outlside. And make a grip margin.
9.Turning inside.
10.To mark the brand mark use FABOOL Laser mini.
11.The brand mark is 60 mm in diameter.
12.Used "kigatame ace" for finishing.
That finished it more beautiful than I imagined. My bowl is characterized by a slightly concave edge part.
When I repaint a Bowl made 10 years ago with "Kigatame ace", It revived it like a new one.
