July. 23/2022 Salad Bowl My granddaughter asked me to make a small salad bowl. I hadn't been woodturning for a long time, so I was a little worried if his arm was dull, but I managed to make a decent bowl. |

1.The shape of the bowl is suddenly formed, but the material is cedar wood with heather. |
2.Cut 24 grooves with a 90 degree bit to inlay around the bowl. How to use this attachment click here. |

3.The inlay is the red oak that I made before and the red oak wrapped in beech. Cut this to a length of 12 mm with a small table saw made by yourself. |

5.Yellow glue was used as the adhesive to provide water resistance. |
6.After gluing half a lap, leave it for about 3 hours, then glue the other half lap and leave it for a day. |

7.Turned the next day and almost completed. |
8.Invert the work and grip it with a vacuum chuck. |

12.Finish with a urethane "Kigatame ace". This paint is highly water resistant, so I think it's perfect for chopsticks and tableware. |

2.Then, in order to move the legs inward, Drilling a 5mm pilot hole for M6 inside the attachment body. |
