1.I boil sapanwood and Geranium thunbergii with the pan, and I make a dyestuff.

2.I put the dyestuff in the pet bottle and I keep it with the refrigerator.

3.I copy the plate into the tracing paper.

4.I trace the design.

5.I turn a tracing paper and I trace design.The pencil is soft B5.

6.I use first Geranium thunbergii.It dye yellow.

7.I soak liquid in the absorbent cotton and I paint it the surface of the plate.

8.The plate is dried enough.I put tracing paper on the plate and trace it on that with the pencil.

9.A thin point is corrected with the pencil.

10.This is a melting pot. I remodeled the glue pot. It is 700 yen.

11.It covered with wax.

12.I apply alum.

13.I apply sapanwood.I repeat this work 2-3 times.I made a first mistake. Even if I dried it early, I put the plate on outdoor. Then, wax melted. I wiped wax off with benzine, and started over.

14.It covered with wax for red.

15.I made a mistake, too. I raised and painted the temperature of wax. Then, wax has overflowed.To drop wax, I put the warm water.Then, all aspects became plates water-repellent. Haste makes waste. But,I don't give up.I alternately perseveringly painted ferrous sulfate and sapanwood.

16.It became a thick color.However, irregularity remains. I thought that recovery was difficult.

17.The bright hue was scheduled to come out when wax was flushed in benzine. However, there is no contrast. Especially, yellow is indistinct.

18.I did oil finish though this was a failure works. I think batik to be interesting though it is difficult.Next time,this mistake will prove to be of some value.110mm Dia and 175mm Dia
