1.I got these routers from my friend.Install a base of picture right side on the table.

2.Hitachi trimmer M6. I install a router base of PORTER-CABLE here.

3.Drive a pin in so that a duralumin plate doesn't slip.

4.Next,Positioning of a duralumin board and a base of trimmer M6. A pin is a spring roll pin of 3mm.

5.Measure a base of a porter cable. and make the template which shows correlation on the trimmer location. Drawing

6.Install the bit of the 6mm in Hitachi trimmer M6, and install it in the duralumin plate. next, Insert the bit in a center hole of a template. and Stick a template on a duralumin plate.

7. Marking an installation hole position of router 893. and drilling a 6.5mm.

8.Install router 893 and adjust a center slightly by a caliper.

9.Drive a pin in so that a router893-base doesn't slip.

10.It's completion. I think the big work which are door panels with this can also be processed early safely.
